Dual education

Metalfer consistently supports ambitious young individuals on their educational and professional journey, this time through the “Dual Education” project. As has become tradition, this year we are offering our high school students a contemporary educational approach, introducing them to current professions like welder-locksmiths and machine operators, ensuring they receive both theoretical and hands-on knowledge.

It was our pleasure to host representatives from the Technical High School “Nikola Tesla” and parents of our future students, as part of our collective endeavor to support and equip our high school students for the thrilling challenges ahead. Within the environment of our state-of-the-art workshop and under the guidance of our experienced craftsmen and engineers, they will have an invaluable opportunity to develop professional skills, acquire their initial work experiences and habits, and ultimately secure the potential for long – term employment.

As a company deeply rooted in our local community, we take immense pride in our ability to contribute to the growth of our youth and the future of our region. May this initiative stand as a beacon of our shared progress!
