Branko Zečević

Branko has lived and worked in London for over 30 years, where he obtained a degree at the prestigious London School of Economics (LSE) in the field of Economics, International Trade and Development. He has 20 years of international experience in the field of steel, non-ferrous metals, mining and energy. Before founding Metalfer, he worked as Regional Director for the CIS region (former USSR) in Primary Industries Ltd. (UK).

Zoran Lojović

Zoran earned a degree in civil engineering at the University of Sarajevo. After 10 years of work experience in the field of hydropower plant construction, he joined Metlafer in 1998 as Director of the Metalfer LTD representative office in Kazakhstan and then as Sales Director of MFE Consulting & Commodities for the CIS region. Zoran moved to Serbia in 2002 with the establishment of Metalfer, and in 2007 he moved to Metalfer Steel Mill.

Aleksandar Kukić

Aleksandar earned a Master’s degree in Business Studies (Shipping, Trade & Finance) at Cass Business School in London. Aleksandar has over 20 years of experience in banking. Aleksandar spent the most extended period in his career so far, from 2004-2015, at JPMorgan in London, where he worked as an Executive Director in charge of financial institutions and corporations for CEE. From 2016 to 2019, Aleksandar was the CEO of Privatbank in Riga (Latvia). In 2019, Aleksandar came to Serbia and worked as a member of the executive board of AIK Bank until January 2021, when he joined Metalfer and became a member of the Supervisory Board of Metalfer Group.

Stefan Zečević

Stefan earned a degree at the prestigious Regent’s University of London. He has been a member of the supervisory board since 2020.

Zoran Lojović

Bojan Zečević

Bojan graduated in London from the prestigious Imperial College London in the field of Computer Science. Since 1993. worked in various positions at UMEE Trading Company Limited (UK), becoming Director for Eastern Europe and the CIS region in 1996. Before joining Metalfer in 2002, Bojan also worked for three years for Eurasia-Steel Ltd (UK). Since 2007, he has led the production sector at Metalfer Steel Mill.
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Vasa Žigić

He started his business career at Generalexport in 1984 as an economist and has over 35 years of work experience in various jobs in foreign and domestic trade with industrial equipment and metals and products from non-ferrous and ferrous metallurgy. During his career, he spent nearly 10 years in Russia, doing business with the biggest steel companies there, and in 2001 he returned to Serbia. He held various and responsible positions in several large companies: Unibros Holdings, East Point Holdings, Valjaonica bakra Sevojno, and since the middle of 2020 he has held the position of Commercial Director at Metalfer Steel Mill.
METALFER INVEST, DIRECTOR

Nikola Jančevski

Nikola graduated from the Faculty of Forestry in Belgrade. In his rich twenty-year working career, he worked in the companies Infinity Craft, Art of Kinetik Yachts and Lead Data Science in the positions of CTO and COO. He has held the position of COO of Metalfer Group since June 2020.
