People are our most important resource and therefore we are committed to creating an atmosphere where employees have the opportunity to develop under the auspices of their own company. The Metalfer Professional Academy (MSA) is an institution whose role is multiple, while the educational program is primarily oriented towards the professional development of our employees. As a socially responsible company, it is important for us to foster openness, so we offer the opportunity to all other interested parties to acquire specific knowledge and skills through paid one-month training. With this, they subsequently qualify for regular employment in our company. Our most professional staff, in cooperation with high school and university professors, will impart knowledge to the participants of this academy. MSA is a place that will include a wide range of different trainings and courses, not only professional – closely related to specific jobs, but also IT training, foreign language courses and other skills related to mutual relations with colleagues – communication, managing one’s own time, team problem solving, leadership challenges and the like.
